1. Log into the System

2. API Settings

To connect AgentSec with your Jamf Pro environment, follow these steps:
  • Access the Settings:
    Navigate to Jamf Settings > API Settings.
  • Configuration Parameters:

    TestClick to test the Jamf API connection.
    A green check mark indicates a successful connection.
    EnableEnable or disable the Jamf API service.
    ServerEnter the URL of your Jamf Pro instance.
    Client IDEnter the Client ID for the Jamf API.
    Client SecretEnter the Client Secret for the Jamf API.
    Synchronization IntervalDefine how often to synchronize Apple device information using the Jamf API.

3. Webhook Settings

FieldDescription
TokenEnter the token used for authenticating with the Jamf Webhook.
GeneratorClick to auto-generate a new token. Be sure to update this token in your Jamf Webhook settings.
Minimum Fetch IntervalSelect the minimum time interval between data fetches.

4. Start Syncing

Once all settings are complete, the system will begin synchronizing Apple device data from Jamf.

  • Step 1: Open the Feature Menu

    Navigate to Overview.
  • Step 2: Review Key Dashboards:
    Device Type Statistics:Total number of stations, and breakdown by Windows and Apple devices.
    Last Update Distribution:Devices grouped by last update time (e.g., ≤1 day, ≥30 days).
    Operating System Breakdown:OS names and number of devices.
    Apple Device Models:Model types and counts.
    Top 6 Installed Apps:App name + version and device count.

6. Apple Device Tables

6.1 Station Table
Endpoint Management > Apple – Station Table
Displays all Apple device records retrieved from Jamf, including both Computer and Mobile types. 6.2 Operating System Table
Endpoint Management > Apple – Operating System Table
Shows the number and details of each Apple OS version. Click on the Count value to view corresponding device information. 6.3 Application Table
Endpoint Management > Apple – Application Table
Lists app installation statistics across Apple devices. Click on the Count value to drill down into device-specific app details.

Setup Complete

Your AgentSec platform is now fully integrated with Jamf Pro and actively monitoring Apple devices.
